      Cons

      You better make sure you have gifts of value to bring to your OP and your manager. Otherwise, you will never get a raise. They will try to bully you, if you are kind and decent, openly.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
