      Pros

      I have the work life balance I need to juggle a career and two young kids. Working remotely and being trusted to take care of projects on a realistic schedule is priceless. My teammates encourages me and are ready to cover me when life throws its curve balls. The company has consistently poured into my life and career and I am thankful.

      Cons

      Lots of necessary meetings! But they keep us connected and accountable. It is a fast paced environment and you will need to be able to pivot initiatives with agility.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
