      Pros

      decent hiring process - 3 interviews, quick, nice recruiters. good for entry level/gaining early career experience. loved working with big tech client (google). hours were good, remote work (but they kept going back and forth on WFH policy, seemed unnecessary for in person work).

      Cons

      disliked vaco specific management, untransparent policies. laid off whole team to hire out of country, poor communication and unprofessionalism. not the best benefits / no 401k match

      They reached out to me. Followed up with me and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
