      Great culture and commission structure. Lots of freedom to close deals in creative ways.

      Cons

      Benefits could improvement -- no 401K match, better health coverage, tuition/continuing education reimbursement.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
