Pros
Vaco tries very hard to be better than other staffing firms. They do not treat their employees as disposable and openly say they'd like you to retire from VACO.
Cons
The culture varies widely office to office. It all depends on the local partners. Additionally, the offices don't really work together. It is a confederation of offices more than it is a national firm. Partners are more focused on producing than managing so very little strategic direction at the local office level.
