      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Vaco. Yeah, I'm biased because they are my current employer but I have felt like a family member ever since day one. Great culture, Pay and commission structure is awesome, I plan on staying here for the duration of my career as a recruiter.

      Cons

      There isnt a lot of structure, which may be a pro or a con depending on your style. Continuing education and 401k would be nice, but if that is my biggest complaint then its really not that bad.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Pros

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
