      Vaco is such an awesome place to work. What truly makes Vaco an amazing place to work is the leadership and lack of "micro-management". The culture here is amazing and I enjoy coming to work every single day.

      Cons

      There is no 401k match - but the pros FAR outway this.

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
