      Pros

      Engaging people. Comfortable work environment with great coworkers and I love that I can bring my dog to work with me if needed. I have learned a lot in my short time with Vaco and I am excited to see where the company is headed and how I can further my role.

      Cons

      Vaco expects a lot from their employees and I think that it is actually an amazing trait for a company to have.

      Pros

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Pros

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
