      I think one of the most important things that determines the longevity of your happiness in a job is the culture, and Vaco has a rich one with amazing people that are down to earth and supportive.

      We're growing rapidly. We need more people in back office!

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.

      Pros

      Open bar cause you need it to deal with co-workers and management!

      Cons

      People spend more time drinking than working. Pat sucks unless you are management. Office intimate relationships are off the charts for favortism!
