      You come in with the best hopes, hoping you are dealing with those who have integrity. You are not. Vaco is concerned with clients only, not Consultants.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Don't be fooled by them as salespeople. Your happiness/success is not a priority. As long as the client can use you, and Vaco profits, all is "fair".

      Emily is the best. I’ve worked with her for several years and she has consistently called me about available opportunities….Its great that you become eligible for several benefits immediately such as medical, dental, legal, dependent care, etc.
