Senior Management is useless and arrogantly confused which leads to major changes every 3 months. Commission is paid quarterly. No new leads just recycled leads that have been contacted dozens s of times in the previous quarter. They offer two weeks of product training and past that you are throwing to the wolves. Sales managers are there to make sure you make 100 calls and 50+ texts not to help you grow. This is a call center that pays horrible while raising the quote every other month. 10% of the sales teams is hitting quota even better 2 factors we are paid on we have no control over because other teams are responsible. The best part is the CEO wants everyone to working harder to make the company money while he drove in a new super car everyday. Ferrari one day, Porche next, then the new escalade.
