Pros
No job security Worst Sandwich Leave Policy No Leave before and after release (Everyday project release) No previous notice before firing employee Dirty politics by seniors - give really very stupid reasons to not give good appraisals and bonus
Cons
1) More working hours and no flexible times - Official timings are 9:30 to 6:30 but every day it becomes 9:30 to 09:00 or more. Every day there is release, the director and project leaders are so afraid that they stay till late night (3:00 AM or even whole night) to check whether customer are getting issues or not and also forced other team members to sit in office till late. If any message comes fom USA support teams for issues forced employee to sit whole to solve problem without any dinner and Over time compaction. 2)Daily Mental Harassment- Keeps threatening and harassment to employee to fire them and also taunting and making fun of employee in absent of them. 3) Cheap Mentality a) The culture is that employee who sits till late will get more appraisal and bonus as the director believes that employee who sits late, good in buttering , scroll junior employee without any reason or good in politics is more sincere. b) If employee take leave on release date of project or before or after release, Employee will get warning (needs improvement remarks) c) Management thinks that they are their salve so they can behave with employee in any manner d) If an employee laughs or talk with other people orally , Project Leader believe that they have less task so they talks with them and scold him/her and assign more useless work to complete in short span f) They believe that oral communication should be avoided and communicate in emails or chat software to save time but if there are issues because of communication then also it is believed that employees are faulty e) No training is provided to new employees , but if some employee listen the music for a while at least, It is believed that they are relaxed and less work and so they are loaded with work f) Do meeting at the time of lunch or end of working hours without any reason just to play blame games with employee and increase complexity of the work. 4) Such environment affects employee’s mentally and physically health as well also no fix time provided for lunch/snacks-tea. 5) Listens employee concerns but no action is taken if it is against their personal beliefs. So nothing is changing. Many people feel like slavery and left the company. Highest drop out ratio after joining company. 6)No Management- Daily rules and process are Changed. HR Policies change according to Project leader and Senior HR convenience. And not followed by HR and Senior employee. Don't dare to raise your voice against anything is unprofessional because the hierarchy won't let your voice raise. Few seniors - will not allow you to grow if you are intelligent. Director Comes to office for 3 or 4 hours and expects others to work 12 or more hours to work. Director has no knowledge of how to run a professional organization. Always roaming outside with Sr.HR in the name of Office work. Bulling are on personal issues. No overtime is given and tell employee that for live issues/emergency release of software OT will not considered.Seniors are putting false needs for improvement remarks on junior employee without any reasons it will effect employee's increment and bonus.Director tells project leader to puts needs for improvement remark to any employee with false justification. 7) HR- One of useless employee . Makes false promises with employee at the time of interview. Always coming late and forced employee to come on time. Wearing causal dress and tell employees to about strictly wear formal dress all days No celebration and outings during years. HR doesn’t know her responsibilities. HR always ignores your emails. If employees have any issue in their work place and go to HR personally to discuss their problems, Employees cannot expect anything to get resolved after that because their issues is counted as a remark against you. No awards/appreciation events to recognize employees' achievements.
