The product sells itself, the CEO is a very strong leader, management team executes well together. The market is wrought with confusion and forcing functions as a product of government regulations driving customers into a buying decision. The specialization of the Valant product becomes a no brainer. Development leader is very strong.

Cons

Still a young company working out the kinks and placing bets on the future of the product.
