      Clear innovation strategy, declined from top to each company workers. That's very motivating to work in such positive environment: not only turnover increased a lot but also new innovative products are being developed with a lot of experts, been hired in this moment.

      Cons

      Lot of pressure to answer every customer sollicitations that could create a difficult work-life balance. Anyway, recognition process is established, and starting home-working.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
