      HR policy and Salary . Policy and global process are really really good. Systematic working environment. For GETs very good company.

      Cons

      Every one needs to adhere the policy. Need flexible working time . R&D working environment can be improve. Long term carrier planning is missing.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
