      Pros

      Good Salary and Bonus for Manufacturing plant.

      Cons

      Many manufacturing plant was not completely 100% Valeo. Many plants still stick on their own old culture. People mindset is very difficult to change unless new comer.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
