Pros

Flextime, overwork can be managed, structured entity with lot of training provided. Possibility to grow if you survive the first

Cons

Everything else. Power harasssment is not really a thing. As long as your boss shows result to the group he can get away with whatever *** behavior he is pleased to use. Salary is not high enough to put up with this kind of pressuring and basically you have nobody to turn to when things go south. In spite of the attempt to show good face by sending out some email to warn about power harassment issue, nothing really change and HR are accomplice to it. Other than that, lot of administrative, mostly useless task to be done => result are poor => more pressure. Lot of politic.
