      401k - Free 5% and matching to 5%

      Cons

      Yearly raises are a joke at the least. Work/Life Balance is non-existent for many. When 2 people from that department leave they only fill 1 so your workload is overwhelming. Valeo brags about how much profit they make but the employees dont see a dime.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years

      Ii truly don't have any problems or concerns or complaints with my work its a fun easy process for me I love working here
