      - Challenging as they throw you into the job right from the first hour. No training, everything you will learn while working. You can learn a lot in first 2 yrs as they will give as much responsibilities as you want.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
