Pros
Somehow salary, although they are pretty much level up with competitors. Nothing special, surely not worthy.
Cons
- Management practice: screaming smart things throwing responsibilities around. They never take position or decision. Mainly politics rather than managers. Untrustworthy, mobbing is normal routine, no respect for private life, reorganisation almost every 6 months, weak support form HR in case of problems. Integration is poor. Bully attitude is overal embedded in most of the employees.
