Pros
- Acceptable place to work if you are right out of school and have absolutely no experience - If you are wiling to work extremely hard (between 8:30am to 7pm/ 8pm/ 9pm at night) they are willing to give you opportunities to "graduate" from doing intern-related tasks to to doing more architecture related tasks - Their file system is very organized - My advice is to try to learn what you can while you work there, and try to find a Project Manager who is willing to spend time to teach/ guide you. If you cannot find anyone who is willing to mentor you, my advice is to look for a new job. There are better places to work at.
Cons
- Project Managers are micromanagers - Long hours - Huge turnover rate. It is a revolving door there. - Depending on whether you choose the Project Management Path or Design Path, you are eventually pigeon-holed.
