Break your body for nothing and get scolded by an AI that doesn't work - Valet Trash Collector Valet Living Employee Review

Pros

Work by yourself at your own pace, unless the AI says you cant.

Cons

Valet living will expect you to do physical labor that will leave you exhausted and hurt. When you get injured you will be pressured to return to work as soon as possible even if you are not ready to safely return to work. The budget per property is not decided by what is achievable but rather by an inaccurate AI that gives unrealistic time budgets that you will be heavily pressured to meet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we don’t comment on the specifics of individual experiences, I do want to be clear that at Valet Living, the safety and well-being of our associates is always our top priority. The work of our Service Valets is active by nature, but no associate should ever feel unsupported or pressured when it comes to their health, performance, or ability to do their job. We continuously review our processes and tools to ensure they are fair, accurate, and aligned with both our company standards and the feedback we receive from the field. We’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every member of our team, and we take all feedback seriously as part of that ongoing effort. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
