Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here, and it’s true that working at Valet Living isn’t for everyone. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that is frequently changing. Related to your comment on internal promotion and mobility, we continue to work hard in this area and are very proud that we have a balanced approach with internal promotions and external hires. Within our Operations division this year alone, we have filled 7 Regional Director of Operations positions, of which 5 were promotions from within our company. We’ve also made improvements in our internal promotion to District Manager with 44% of these positions filled internally. We still have work to do however and are continuing to roll out a variety of training and development programs for our associates, to help them further their careers. Thank you again for taking time to leave this review. If there is any additional feedback you would like to share with us, please send me an email to antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
