Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry that you aren’t having a great experience during your time here. This can be a tough job and isn't for everyone. Related to your comment on pay, we consistently evaluate the pay rate for our part time Service Valet position to ensure we remain competitive in each of the markets we serve. This includes making necessary adjustments to increase or decrease budgets for each property based on factors that may change in expected completion times. I understand you may not find value in our communication channels or rewards programs; however, a large portion of our associates do. It’s important that we offer a platform to connect and share updates with all associates, informing them on a wide range of topics, including safety. We also are proud to offer a rewards program, one that goes above and beyond the hourly pay provided to recognize those associates with extra financial incentives. We appreciate everything you do for us and look forward to working hard to make Valet Living the best place possible to work and build a career.

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
