Pros

Company is way to big to be able to track what everyone is doing. There is to much miscommunication in the middle the laborers get paid pennies they are the ones that do the actual work not the sales people, not the administration the laborers and they get paid not enough.

Cons

Lots of freebies, giveways, extra budgets for anything

Create your own schedule, work at your own pace

Cons

Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
