Pros

Great for Part-Timers needing a little extra $ or employment between jobs.

Cons

1 ) Hard manual labor, that can be dangerous. 2) You will always be understaffed. 3) Expect to work 100+ hours a week doing physical labor.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions over the years as an Area Leader. We’re glad to hear that the role provided flexibility for part-time workers, but we’re sorry to learn that your experience didn’t fully align with your expectations, particularly in terms of the physical demands and staffing challenges. We recognize that hard work and being understaffed can create additional stress, and we’re committed to evaluating how we can better support our teams, including ensuring adequate staffing to reduce the strain on our associates. Thank you again for your insights and for your time at Valet Living. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Cons

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
