Pros

Company Vehicle, credit card, gas card.

Cons

Everything else. Overworked for the money they give you even with the pros. At night you are working like a dog at several properties and in the mornings your taking calls for different properties. You end up working 16 hour days and then get yelled at when u get sick cuz you were out in the middle of a snow storm the previous night.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustrations. We understand the challenges that come with balancing demanding hours, and we’re working on improving that experience for our team. Recently, we transitioned the District Manager role to an Area Leader position, focusing on creating a better work/life balance. This change, based on feedback from associates like you, aims to provide more evening-focused schedules and reduce overall strain. We appreciate your hard work and hope that these changes will help create a more manageable and rewarding work environment. Your input is valuable to us as we continue to make improvements.

Pros

Flexible hours, good pay, minimal customer service needed

Unreasonable time budgets, will not cover broken equipment, constantly changing standards and pick up requirements, management is not clear with expectations until you've already failed them and performance reviews are inaccurate, some managers are great but most are not
