Pros
Valiant is a great company. I worked with them twice and both times they made considerable efforts to accommodate my individual needs. However, with this said they do fulfill military contracts so the accommodations made are relatively nice. They do try to ensure safe and healthy working environments.
Cons
At least for the Linguists, they don't seem to care very much about employee retention and seem to focus more on just recruiting rather than keeping old employees.
