      Pros

      It has been a really flat organisation with direct contact with almost every member of executive committee. Employ like minded, friendly people with loads of interaction, events, training, support and flexibility with a be yourself mindset.

      Cons

      Undergoing an aquisition by a company that seems very keen to cut costs and take risks to do so. They have made durastic changes already. Putting us in uncomfortable, life-changing and unnecessary situations. Script selling is coming in.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
