Pros

Fast paced, growth environment where static process does not exist. This is not a repetitive 9-5, which is awesome for some. There is actual opportunity to thrive if you like to truly challenge yourself in a dynamic environment. Bring new ideas to the table, find ways to create efficiencies in the business, or have success in a very challenging sales environment and you will thrive and be rewarded. The CEO stands behind tough decisions when put in ethical dilemma with top performers.

Cons

Acquisitions sometimes bring a culture clash but some can not let prior competitive history go. One goal, one team, just let it go. Constant reorg brings perceived uncertainty and lack of job security.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Validity is an evolving and growing organization that makes, then learns from, mistakes. With this, our team members are given interesting opportunities and challenges, which they can leverage to grow their skills and careers. You're right, as Validity acquires and integrates businesses that were once competitors, team members must shift their mindsets and focus on the new, common road ahead. We will be happy to share this feedback internally and identify opportunities to help bring our teams together toward one vision. Feel free to share further feedback with us at HRpartner@validity.com.

Pros

The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

Cons

Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

Pros

Great people to work with, great office

Cons

Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
