      My work/life balance is good, pay is terrific, I’m recognized for my contributions, and I’m excited to come to work every day.

      COVID was tough on us. Thankfully, we pulled through.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
