      Enjoy the remote work but lacks the incentives of being onsite

      Given way too many contracts due to not wanting to hire more people Insurance is not too expensive but the deductibles are terrible

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
