      overall the people who work there are fairly friendly, commission structure is decent, flexibility in the work place.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth and with the two companies merging together everyone just looks out for themselves right now.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
