      They have pretty good benefits

      Cons

      Many. Don't expect to be treated like a human being because you won't. They don't care about you or your family and you work with constant pressure of losing your job if they think you're not working hard enough.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
