No matter where they work or who they are, we trust in their individual skills and qualities and give them everything they need to reach their full potential. Layoffs are never an easy decision to make and not something we take lightly at Vallen. We are continuously working on improving our communication across our entire company with bi-weekly newsletters, leader communications, videos, and quarterly town hall meetings. Our goal is to keep our associates up to date and informed about all aspects of the company.

Pros

Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

Cons

Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
