Pretty awful - Warehouse Associate Vallen Employee Review

Unsafe working conditions, racism and sexism from management (I don't say those things lightly), pays minorities less, talking about pay is a fireable offense, fire people solely because they don't "fit in", does not reward hard work, management not present in daily operations and is unwilling to help, company is disorganized and cannot keep promises to customers, promotes lazy people, nepotism, hires family or friends with no experience, unrealistic expectations for warehouse employees, no room for growth especially for women and minorities. This is one site. I cannot speak for them all. I quit the job, did not get terminated.
