Pros

Focus on solution sales instead of individual products to win the total market share of indirect spend at your customers. Large territory doesn't limit you, but it's small enough that there's usually no overnight travel. Good compensation and car reimbursement program.

Cons

Vallen is still not a known name, making it hard to compete against more established industrial products distributors. The distribution has a lot of hiccups still.

Pros

Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

Cons

Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
