Pros

The President is passionate about the success of the company. He is a leader worth getting behind. The executive team worked hard to make the company profitable and world class.

Cons

Some of the longer term leaders are egomaniacs, and have done more harm than good. They sell themselves as leaders and subject matter experts, but they are just riding the wave and really hamper the growth of the company.

Great opportunities for career advancement and personal growth. Management is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company is financially strong and provides a stable work environment with opportunities to learn new skills. Team members work well together, and there is a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Cons

There are several different platforms used throughout the organization and consolidating them would improve efficiency and simplify daily workflows.
