      Pros

      They equipped me with safety and work apparel immediately, when I started the job. It definitely made doing deliveries in the extreme cold, winter weather, much easier and safer.

      Cons

      The company decided that they were not going to have a delivery driver, and cut my position the day before my 3-month probationary period was complete, and my benefits were about to kick in.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
