Not in the card’s - Operations Manager Vallen Employee Review

My last two years I was dealing with heart disease. I put my surgery off until it became an emergency (shame on me). Retuned to work in March of 2019 only to be told my job had been given to someone else (shame on Vallen). Told me I could travel as a trainer. My response “ I cardio therapy twice a week” in addition to follow up appointments. Vallen Mgmt replied; “oh we will work around it” 1st assignment the following week was you are flying out to Phoenix, AZ for a 8 days. Thanks for the 21 years being ended for me 3 months prior to 22 years. My dismissal was accompanied by numerous other IDG associates, they even covered by dismissing a select few Hagameyer associates . Well played.
