      Very stable company with good roots. They do a good job with training and have a lot of resources and seasoned people to help.

      Cons

      Good company but tough to move up. They do not give many promotions and people are happy where they are.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
