      Pros

      Great company to work for and be a part of their family!! Loved every minute of it!! They let you grow and work without all the B. S.

      Cons

      Not sure about where they are heading toward after the buyout of I.D.G. My hope is that they stay true to their employees, as they are the backbone of the company.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
