      Pros

      Good people to work with. Small company, You're just not another number. Very good training programs. Especially in the North Dakota branch.

      Cons

      Not really much room for growth as there would be in a bigger company. In my opinion, the service technician position doesn't really allow that much room for growth.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
