Cons

Overall experience was quite disappointing. The organization is chaotic, and there is a notable lack of support from management. The training provided was mediocre at best, leaving employees feeling unprepared for their roles. Leaders do not seem to support their teams or fulfill their responsibilities, which adds to the frustration. The workload is overwhelming for one person, and despite claims of camaraderie, it often feels like a facade. There is a clear favoritism among leaders, as only a select few are given opportunities for advancement within the company.

Pros

Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

Cons

Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
