      Pros

      Good benefits, PTO, Holiday pay, and sick pay. Management actually works with you as long as you do a good job. Rotational shift always gets a week off every month. Internal company career website provides different career opportunities.

      Cons

      Commute is the only con I see, but if that is not a problem then it should be a great fit for you. There are few opportunities for overtime. Rotational shift is always where you start off, 12-hour shifts, alternate between daytime and over night shifts might be too much for some. The team is rather small at this specific location, so there isn't much room for career opportunities/promotions unless someone leaves or gets fired.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
