      Employee friendly, Vallen cares about each and every one of it's employees on a personal and professional level. There is employee communication and transparency and the company provides top tier training!

      There is not one thing I dislike about working for Vallen.

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
