      Take home vehicle Boot $130 allowance They get your tools Monday-Thursday 4-10s 2 weeks vacation plus 1 week sick time

      Cons

      Have to be billable per job. You just don’t clock in and clock out. No raises in the past 3 years If there’s no work they make you burn vacation Rare on Overtime since it’s not billable Hard on productivity MICROMANAGEMENT

      Pros

      Collaborating with other Vallen employees to support customer base. Growth potential. Managerial support and teamwork. Your expectations are held to a higher standard which keeps you accountable.

      Cons

      Workload is affected with staff shortages. Vallen business is on an upswing but with lack of personnel to help fit those needs, our bandwidth is stretched.
