      I really have no PROS for this company.

      Cons

      Stuck in the stone ages, does not provide a flexible schedule, no employee perks. Management does not properly prepare you for growth. Everyone that works there is miserable.

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.
