      Pros

      bank closes at 5pm, thats it.

      Cons

      Banking policies are sub par, training is lacking, no one adapts to change, benefits are expensive, company is cheap does not even supply water to employees unless from a sink. no room for advancement. deadend for a banking career

      Pros

      - Very good learning experience - Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people in the office

      Cons

      The Chicago office is a commercial site, so all other interns for the bank sit in either New Jersey, New York, or Florida. Not necessarily a bad thing because it helped form better connections with everyone in the office, but networking with other interns was more difficult.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
