Pros

I cannot stress enough how terrible was the work experience there, however all experiences are learning experience and can still yield positive outcomes and help you grow.

Cons

Poor training, lack of trust and care for employees, undefined performance expectations, your every move will be tracked, even outside the office. There's no room for advancement, you are just made to feel like a hamster running on a wheel. It's like running towards the finish line you will never get to until you drop dead of complete exhaustion.

I am sorry to read your review, and can definitely understand that the point of view for many members of our team definitely vary greatly (just looking at the past 8 days of reviews). We have had several promotions in the past year for members of the team, and in the past 90 days, the organization has begun to normalize from what was a very unique 15 months. I recently started but so far I love it! Everyone is very welcoming, genuine, supportive, and my team is amazing. Training was wonderful and professional. From what I see, this company really cares about their employees and their career growth but also encourages everyone to have a work-life balance which is hard to find in other companies.

Cons

Honestly, no cons come to mind.

The people here are what make this company extraordinary. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand — whether you’re new or have been here for years. It’s rare to find a workplace where coworkers feel more like family, but that’s exactly the culture here. There’s a shared sense of respect, encouragement, and collaboration that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. It’s a place where you’re seen, appreciated, and never made to feel like just a number.

Honestly, not many. Every company has its challenges, but when you’re surrounded by people who care, even those moments are easier to handle.
